Eligibility for Returns You may return your HairBeam Laser Hair Growth Comb within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • The device has been used minimally (for testing only)
  • All accessories, manuals, and original box are included

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at support@hairbeam-beauty.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address in Hong Kong.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds may take longer to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used extensively or show clear signs of wear
  • Opened or used personal hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

International Returns For customers outside Hong Kong, please note that return shipping can be expensive. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.

European Union (EU) Customers You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason, subject to the conditions above.
